I spend $2500 to install a webcam to see my dogs while i am not in Happy Valley’s home… oh gonna miss my doggies like crazy. I was so exciting to have it being setup and thought this is the only way I can get closer to them while i am in Beijing. However, it finally turned out totally negative… how sad am I to see them getting bore every minute, just sleeping, changing different pose to sleep the whole day!!!! They looks soooo pity. Suddenly wanna be Doraemon and take out my "space door" and play with them, touching their big big heads… Twinkle, sorry to leave you soon :-(

Another Leo friend’s bday is coming…that means another baking day. This is a very traditional New York cheesecake but looks very artificial coz of birthday cake purpose. To be frank, I hate baking this cake coz it takes 1.5 hours to bake. And the whole apartment was full of smell that made me sick and can’t eat for hours.

The interest of baking cake is you dun feel like to eat. You know the ingredient are damn fat! So I just enjoy the time i made it, and eat a bite like food tasting…then the rest….give away!

Today is the day! The Tears live in Hong Kong! Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler finally back together…no more seude..but tears. I was there since 8:30pm and was waited until 9:15pm to see my band. A concert for an hour, can’t see the stage but big Brett shadow on the wall coz of the lighting effect. Well.. this is the clearest image to see Brett and guess i was here to listen to his voice only. As expected, they only performed the new album’s songs and the concert was last for an hour only. Everybody was waiting to hear our favourite “Trash”, “Saturday Night”…of course NO NO NO.. This is The Tears man….

The Tears is The Tears, they dun look back though we are so into the past!

Stepping in to the age of 30, starts to feel concious about “health” and finally conducted my 1st body check. Besides all those blood tests, x-ray, ultrasound, I did colonoscopy!

The shitty part of doing colonoscopy is the preparation stage. I was told to drink 2 liters of “shit” water within 2 hours… Damn it! It was such a bad experience and i could only do it by squeezing my nose and drank it! Well….2 liters = 14 cups.

The operation was so myterious and here is my agenda:

14 AUG
9:00pm -10:00pm - Drank shit water
10:00pm to 1:00am - toilet time

15 AUG
8:30am - took a little blue color pill ( amazing pill that made me lost at least 15 mins of memory)
9:00am - was delivered to the operation room
9:00am - 9:30am - LOST OF MEOMRY but still concious ( the blue ppill was working!!!!!)
9:30am - Agree to take Injection and came to anesthesia status, operation begun
10:30am - waken up by my anesthetist

What do I get after this operation? I butch of pictures of my intestine…and a DVD - a10 minutes movie of my whole intestine checking. Thanks to my doctor being the director, and my poor and busy intestine as the actress!

After the operation, my anesthetist woke me up and i knew the operation is done. Now the myterious part comes, he told me my friend Erica (who is working in the hospital)did come to the operation room to say hi to me before my anesthesia injection. My God….. I have no idea at all…I lost my memory! Erica called me up later on and told me about the detail of our short conversation. Did I really talk to her? YES I DID, I DID RESPONSE TO HER….but this part of memory was erased by the little blue pill FOREVER.

I should have taken the photo of that little blue pill… but i didn’t. I recommend this pill to people who need to erase 30 minutes of their memory..hahahha.

A typhoon day having relaxing moments at home.

I’ve been counting the days for my departure, well 5 working days to wrap up my duty in XMHK and formally transfer to the Beijing office.

My favorite toy nowadays is the little oven in the kitchen..hahaha…but I won’t take it to Beijing( coz can buy a cheap cheap one in BJ…hope it won’t explode!). To fully utilise this oven before my relocation, I’ll do baking whenever I’m free these days. Today’s recipe - Choco Sponge cake. It turned out look like a mix of muffin + brownies…. anyway it tasted great even though it doesn’t look like a sponge cake. So what’s wrong with my steps in making this cake….oven temperature?ingredients? Gonna test it out next time. It’s all about try & error, it might just work!
